About The Event

  • This is a casual OOC event. Costumes are not required, but encouraged!
  • A schedule will be published the week of the event (on the website).
  • Event Passes must be purchased before the event online through our store. There will not be any entry of players at the door.

  • You may arrive on site as early as 5:00 PM on Friday.

-INFORMATION FOR THIS EVENT-

Much like our 2021 September event, our 2024 March event will be an out of game community event to help everyone prepare for Legends of Exile! We will have various activities like a larp gear swap meet, rules playtest, sparring, photoshoots, and workshops. More information on activities will be released closer to the event date. This event does not grant an XP (experience point).

    Ticket with a reserved bedspace in the cabin of your choice (based on first come, first serve of the digital cabin sign up form sent to you after purchase in the confirmation email) for Friday & Saturday night! Access from Friday at 12pm to Sunday at 12pm.

    This is for if you want to CONTRIBUTE to the scholarship fund: THIS IS NOT A SCHOLARSHIP TICKET! If you need a scholarship ticket, please email scholarship@kingheron.com. Any funds unused will roll forward to future events. If you're able to donate directly so we don't have to pay fees, please send via PayPal friends & family to: paypalscholarship@kingheron.com. Please include in the memo: your name and if you are comfortable being publically recognized by that name.
